My Approach
An Analytical, Emotional, and Body-Oriented
Approach to Psychotherapy
Throughout my training and personal journey,
I gradually came to understand that
words alone cannot always fully express what we experience.
Some experiences also reveal themselves through our emotions, reactions, relationships, and physical sensations.
This understanding has shaped my approach to psychotherapy, bringing together analytical exploration, emotional awareness, and body-oriented work.
A Space to Explore
and Understand

In our work together, I offer a space where you can put your experiences into words, feel heard, and gain a deeper understanding of your emotions and the patterns that may be repeating themselves in your life.
The body also has a place in this process, through attention to physical sensations, breathing, and what arises in the present moment.
For me, these different dimensions are deeply interconnected. They allow me to support you as an individual, respecting your personal story, your pace, and what you feel ready to explore.

Sometimes, there is no specific reason, just a feeling that something needs to be heard, understood, or explored.
What to Expect
from Therapy

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore whether this approach feels right for you.
Sessions then take place at a pace that suits your needs, usually once a week or every two weeks, depending on your circumstances and what you feel ready to commit to.
When working with children and adolescents, I also involve parents in the process when appropriate, while respecting the young person's privacy and confidentiality.
